Arctic Tunnel Partner Littau Harvester
......................................................................................................................
Littau Harvesters over the row picking machine for berries has been used worldwide for almost 30 years, not only for raspberries, but also for cherries, blueberries, gooseberries and many more.
The machine transports the berries to the platform on the top of the machine with a belt system, where the berries get sorted and filled into a container.
The machine has a downloadable platform in the rear, making the unloading of containers convenient and simple.
The machine has a Kubota diesel engine. It also has traction control and auto steering.
Sognabær bought the first Littau Harvester machine to Norway in 2010, and have used it for industry berries.
The feedback so far tells us that the machine are well functioning, it is gentle with the plants and the berries, but the Glen Ample variety is not the easiest variety to pick by machine.
