Buying conditions

We reserve the right to make changes in product specifications and prices.

The images can be, due to production changes or other conditions, diverge from the delivered product.

Return of goods is by appointment only.

Alle prices are ex. vat and freight costs.

We reserve the right to price changes that follow from changes in exchange rates, government taxes or change the procurement prices.

The order is therefore forwarded to the current price on the day of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in contract.

Ordering

When ordering the product name and quantity is specified.

We take no responsibility for any errors in telephone orders that are not confirmed in writing by the customer.

Order the goods in good time before use so we can serve You with the wanted delivery and service.

Sales colleteral

We have secured the sold goods until the purchase price, including interest and costs, are fully paid.

Complaint

We emphasize that all orders are dispatched as conscientiously as possible. We ask that our customers check the item carefully upon receipt. It is important that the customer promptly notify us if he has reason to believe that the labeling or the appearance of the delivered goods is other than what is ordered or invoiced. The goods must not be used. We will immediately investigate the matter and ensure the delivery of the correct item.

It will not be given compensation beyond the invoice value, or exceeds what our supplier replaces.
