Arctic Tunnel, with Sognabær and Hagebutikken participates in many projects to develop and increase the strength and the benefits on our tunnels.

We are active in many projects managed by Bioforsk, Njøs næringsutvikling and Gartnerhallen, in addition to our own projects.

At the time being, we participate in a project with the intension to increase the growing of berries in Island, Faro Island and Greenland.

In this project, among other, we try to improve the construction in a simple and cost effective way, to meet the demands from the growers in the North Atlantic.

We cooperate with research farms, scientists and farmers in all these countries, and are now planning for a workshop at Sintef in Trondheim during January 2011.

Arctic tunnel wants to be in the front end when it comes to tunnel production of fruits, berries and vegetables.
